About the Course:

Course Objectives :

The objective of this course is to help Nutrition & Dietetics professionals understand the powerful two-way relationship between the mind and body, and how emotions, thoughts, stress, trauma, and beliefs influence physical symptoms, digestion, appetite, energy, and overall health.
