1. Course Fee Refunds

• Online self-paced courses: No refunds after login credentials have been issued.
• Live masterclasses/workshops: 50 percent refund if canceled 3 hours after the Registration. No refund thereafter.
• Diploma & Certification Programs: 50% refund if canceled within 6 hours of enrollment. No refund after access is provided.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email hr@nindofficial.org with your enrollment ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Transfer or Adjustment

Fees cannot be transferred to another student or course, except under special circumstances reviewed by our academic team.
