About the Course:

This 2-month master course specializes in the nutritional management of GERD, IBS, IBD, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO, bloating, dyspepsia, and functional digestive disorders. Students study digestive physiology, gut motility, microbiome interactions, food intolerances, and functional triggers of gastrointestinal discomfort. 

The curriculum integrates clinical nutrition, low-FODMAP planning, gut-healing protocols, and functional lab interpretation. Through case-based learning, students develop skills to personalize diet therapy for chronic digestive conditions. 

The course provides deep insight into microbiome modulation, enzyme support, lifestyle interventions, and long-term gut restoration strategies.
