About the Course:
This 2-month course integrates nutritional science, dermatology basics, and functional medicine to address skin and hair conditions through diet. Students study acne, pigmentation, eczema, psoriasis, dandruff, hair fall, premature greying, collagen health, oxidative stress, inflammation, microbiome influence, and hormonal triggers.
The program teaches therapeutic diets, supplement strategies, detox pathways, and gut–skin axis interventions. Learners master nutrient-focused beauty nutrition to improve skin clarity, elasticity, and hair strength through real case-based applications.
