Learners are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. Disruptive behavior or academic dishonesty may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Termination

Navast Institute of Nutrition & Dietetics (  NIND )may suspend access to any individual found violating these terms, misusing resources, or engaging in unethical conduct.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh
