About the Course:

This specialized 2 -month master course provides a comprehensive understanding of nutrition from preconception to pregnancy and lactation. Learners explore fetal development, trimester-specific requirements, placenta health, high-risk pregnancies, gestational diabetes, anemia, thyroid disorders, and postpartum recovery. 

The course blends clinical nutrition, obstetric guidelines, functional nutrition, and global maternal health research. Students master dietary planning, micronutrient therapy, supplementation protocols, and culturally appropriate Indian meal planning. 

Through real-world case studies, they learn how to support fertility, healthy pregnancy outcomes, maternal weight management, infant development, and postpartum healing with confidence and evidence-based practice.
