About the Course:

This advanced 2-month course covers the nutritional, psychological, and behavioral aspects of eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, emotional eating, and body dysmorphia. 

Students learn clinical nutrition therapy, refeeding protocols, metabolic recovery, cognitive and behavioral frameworks, and trauma-informed counseling approaches.

 The course integrates functional nutrition, psychology, and evidence-based therapy models to equip learners to support clients safely and compassionately. Case studies prepare students to design recovery-focused nutrition interventions that rebuild metabolism, normalize food patterns, restore body image, and support long-term healing.
