About the Course:

This advanced 2 -month course provides a deep scientific understanding of obesity, metabolic adaptation, energy regulation, appetite hormones, fat storage mechanisms, and long-term weight management strategies.

 The curriculum blends global obesity research, metabolic physiology, behavioral science, and therapeutic diet planning. Students learn evidence-based approaches including calorie periodization, macronutrient manipulation, metabolic flexibility, NEAT optimization, GLP-1 and obesity drug nutrition, emotional eating interventions, and sustainable fat-loss coaching. 

Through case studies and clinical tools, learners master personalized weight-loss protocols for diverse populations while addressing hormonal imbalance, inflammation, insulin resistance, and psychological barriers for lasting fat reduction.
