The objective of this course is to introduce Nutrition & Dietetics professionals to the fundamentals of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a leading psychological framework used worldwide to manage anxiety, emotional eating, stress-driven habits, negative thought patterns, and behavior change challenges.
