About the Course:
This 2-month course provides evidence-based training in designing nutritionally complete, therapeutic plant-based diets. Students study macronutrient distribution, amino acid balancing, vitamin and mineral considerations, gut health, inflammation reduction, chronic disease management, and plant-based substitutes.
The course integrates clinical dietetics with sustainability, ethical considerations, and functional nutrition.
Through case studies, students learn to support vegan clients with deficiencies, weight goals, athletic performance, metabolic health, and disease prevention while ensuring nutrient adequacy and optimal long-term outcomes.
