This workshop explores nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care strategies for women over 60, with a focus on maintaining strength, independence, metabolic health, and healthy aging rather than weight loss alone. It covers protein requirements, sarcopenia prevention, hydration, bone health, balance, and the connection between muscle and fall prevention. Participants will learn practical approaches to supporting cardiovascular, metabolic, brain, and digestive health through nutrient-dense foods, adequate fiber, and balanced meals. The session also highlights resistance training, healthy body composition, gut health, sleep, and the importance of regular social engagement. Special emphasis is placed on practical dietary planning, maintaining functional independence, and promoting a healthy and purposeful life after 60.
